Exchange Policy

  • Duration: You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

    • Exchanges are primarily offered for size issues or manufacturing defects.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: We currently offer refunds only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect, and a replacement is unavailable.

  • Non-Refundable: Items bought on clearance or sale are not eligible for refunds unless they have a manufacturing defect.
